How to go from anxiety to happy?
Look at the sunset, go and watch these beautiful sceneries of greenery around. You will feel this beauty of nature and feel whelmed with emotions and this creates a good feeling of pleasure and joy inside you.
Sometimes go for a walk, or move some new places where you have never been to. This habit helps you makes your mind creative and make you pleasant from inside and you will feel distress, that means all your stress will release out, enjoy this day today.
Whenever you are sad or depressed, go to a kid, and enjoy their happiness. They never get angry or sad like us they stay always happy. And you know why kids are always happy. They stay happy because they do not expect anything from others.
Now if we compare ourself to those of children.
We adults, we are all running towards materialistic things. We make relationship of happiness to those materialistic things which are not in our hand, we forget to enjoy this day.
This is a very serious problem that now a day’s they people expect too much from other people, and by expecting they go out of reality and the time when they do not get what they expect to then they get depressed.
You will be as happy as you decide to be, but the fact is you don’t decide, you have not learnt to enjoy this day by living in today. You people every time want to demand it from others by forgetting that everything is inside you.
Do some good deeds, like make others happy and you will automatically be happy.
For every minute you are angry you lose your 60 seconds of happiness.
Happiness is a choice you can choose to be happy. There is going to be stress in life but it is your choice whether you let it affect you or not.
